Meghan Markle has upset the British royal family on more than one occasion, and those who support the monarchy are often quick to jump at the chance to criticize the former star of ‘Suits’.
Since marrying Prince Harry, Markle has earned plenty of haters and that extends to within the royal family, it would seem. The fallout has been played out in public, with Harry and his brother William even reportedly having issues as a result of things.

This has often brought comparisons between Markle and William’s wife, Kate Middleton, with fans of the royal family quick to big Middleton up as a way of having a pop at Markle, even when based on nothing more than speculation.
What did Meghan Markle do?
Now, a royal commentator named Daniela Elser has criticized Markle for signing autographs for young patients on a recent visit at the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
On March 21, she appeared to support their Make March Matter campaign, which is a fundraiser.
She posed for photographs and then signed them, which apparently she should not have done. Elser claims that royals are “not allowed” to sign autographs.
Elser referred to a 2023 public appearance of Kate’s wherein she was asked for an autograph but replied: “I can’t write my name, but I can draw” and “My name’s Catherine. I’m not allowed to write my signature, it’s just one of those rules.”
“Any who in the video of the duchess’ visit, put out by Extra TV, Meghan can be seen posing for Polaroid photos with the kids and then autographing them,” Elser said. “And just like that the Queen Mother rolled over in her grave, knocking over the bar set she insisted on being buried with. Members of the royal family, you see, don’t ‘do’ autographs.”
