Kate Middleton ‘proves Meghan Markle wrong’ after surprising Royal Family claim

Meghan Markle has opened up about her life in the US and how different it is compared to if she was still living in the UK – but Kate Middleton has proved her wrong

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry moved their life to America after stepping down from the Royal Family, where they are busy raising their two young children.

This year marks a significant milestone for their son Prince Archie as he will be attending school for the first time – something Meghan believes would have been challenging if they had stayed in the UK. The Duchess of Sussex had been worried that she would never have been able to do the school run if she was still part of the Royal Family.

She explained how it would have been turned into a “royal photo call with a press pen of 40 people snapping pictures.” Meghan admitted she had a “problem” with that idea.

“Sorry, I have a problem with that. That doesn’t make me obsessed with privacy. That makes me a strong and good parent protecting my child,” Meghan said during an interview with The Cut.

However, Royal fans have pointed out that Meghan’s comments seem to contradict Prince William and Princess Kate’s frequent presence at their children’s school. The Prince and Princess of Wales are known to drop off and pick up George, Charlotte, and Louis whenever their schedules allow.

Fellow parents have even said they are ”like a normal mum and dad” at Lambrook events. According to Hello! Magazine, the pair take part in all school activities and even “queued up for the tombola” in a fundraising drive.

Sources noted that the day after Kate’s carol service at Westminster Abbey at the end of last year, it was the school Christmas fair and they were all there, as they were the previous year. “I saw them queueing up for tombola tickets like everyone else. They really act like a normal mum and dad,” the source said.

Speaking of George, Charlotte and Louis, the source noted: “They’re lovely kids.” They added: “Charlotte is so kind and friendly and the other children adore her.

“She’s kind to the kids in younger years and she’s very popular. George seems like a nice boy, too, and little Louis just has so much energy. If William and Kate ever can’t make a sports match, their nanny goes along and spends most of the time running around the edge of the pitch after Louis.”
