Prince William knows that he will become the King of England in the not-so-distant future, with father King Charles III now 75 years of age.

For that reason, the prince is making plans for when he ascends to the throne and his main aim is to streamline the entire operation.

This means that once he is the king, Kate Middleton will be his Queen and his eldest son, Prince George, will be a working royal as the heir to the throne.

When it comes to his two youngest children, Charlotte and Louis, he does not want them to be working royals. He would like them to forge their own path in the world, albeit with all the opportunities and privileges that come with being the offspring of a king.

The decision extends to Harry and Meghan

Given he is willing to make that call about his own children, it seems clear that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s children, Archibald and Lilibet, have got not future to look forward to as a working royal.

They currently live in America and it seems unlikely that they will return to the United Kingdom in the near future.

The Daily Express recently revealed that Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet will be at the Invictus Games Vancouver Whistler.

Prince Harry launched this significant sporting event to support wounded, injured, and sick servicemen and women. The opening ceremony is set to take place in February 2025 in BC Place Vancouver.

A royal insider told Express that the power couple will make it a family affair: “The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are making arrangements for their children to attend the opening ceremony at BC Place Vancouver, which will provide guests with a family-friendly start time of 1 pm on February 8.”
