Mother’s Boundless Love! Princess Catherine Gave Louis INCREDIBLE GIFT to Mark Special Milestone

If the photo tradition is up in the air, there are other traditions that the Royals will likely follow for Prince Louis’s birthday. Like any parent, the Princess of Wales tends to make an extra fuss over her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis’s birthday today will be no different for the youngest of the Wales family.

When he turned six, despite being treated for cancer, the Princess of Wales continued the heartfelt tradition cherished in previous years to make her beloved son’s important milestone as memorable as possible.

Sharing her love for baking her children’s birthday cakes from scratch and describing it as a beloved family tradition, she expressed the joy of staying up until midnight preparing the cake mix and toppings.

Even after it means making more than necessary, Louis will soon be the center of attention, surrounded by love and celebration on his sixth birthday. Though he faces personal challenges, by all accounts, he’s a sociable little fellow and fearless too, says The Insider. His curiosity knows no bounds, and he’s also the mama’s boy of the family from the moment he was born. Therefore, Catherine is likely to spend the evening of Louis’s birthday in the kitchen with him.

“It’s become a bit of a tradition that I stay up till midnight with ridiculous amounts of cake mix and icing, and I make far too much, but I love it,” she shared.

Meanwhile, The Insider reveals that the tot also has a close bond with his dad. They play soccer and watch games on TV. Louie really gets into it; it’s fun for him to jump up and down when dad’s team scores. No detail will be overlooked; Prince William is said to be having her pastry chef prepare the birthday cake, which will be decorated with marzipan zoo animals because Louis really loves anything to do with nature.

The father of three also makes sure there will be no shortage of gifts. It’s not difficult to imagine the scene; the youngest prince’s eyes widen in wonder and delight as he unwraps the carefully prepared surprise from his beloved parents. His joyful squeals will fill the room with an atmosphere of happiness and love. In this small but significant moment, they find solace and joy in each other’s company, proving that love truly has the power to overcome even the darkest of times.

Catherine’s love for baking is also shared by her children, who have been known to mark special occasions with a delicious home-baked treat. In March 2021, William and Katherine shared a photo on their Instagram of an incredible Victoria sponge cake made by George, Charlotte, and Louis to celebrate Mother’s Day ahead of the late Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations. Katherine also let cameras into the family’s kitchen as she, George, Charlotte, and Louis helped to make some cupcakes for a street party. And in October 2020, the family of five also baked some homemade sweet treats for residents in a care home close to their Norfolk abode. As she shared in a previous interview, becoming a mother has been such a rewarding and wonderful experience.

She has also shared many sweet moments with her young children publicly. Speaking of cuddles, looking back to Princess George’s first-ever Royal tour in 2014, this adorable mum and son moment was captured as the pair enjoyed a play date with other mothers and babies in New Zealand. George was just 8 months old when he accompanied his parents on their trip to New Zealand and Australia. The princess also supported George and Charlotte with lots of handholding and hugs as they made their debut at the Christmas Day church service in 2019. Grouping the color in 2019, Catherine sweetly stroked her little boy’s hair as Louis made his debut on the balcony. The one-year-old delighted the crowds as he waved enthusiastically during the flypast. George, Charlotte, and Louis also helped their mom out at a baby bank in Windsor in December.
