Prince Harry is reportedly “eager to return to the UK” as the country can expect to see him “one way or another” according to royal experts.
Earlier this week, royal biographer, Christopher Anderson – speaking to Hello! – claimed that Prince Harry is “eager” to return to London and help take up some of the slack as King Charles and Princess Kate are unable to perform their royal duties due to health reasons.
Royal commentator Richard Eden added his take on the matter, saying: “I think it’s extremely likely that Harry does want to carry out royal duties.
Speaking on the Daily Mail’s Palace Confidential, he said: “We had the suggestion that he might want to do some to help out while the King and Catherine stepped back, but there’s been no sign of that’s gonna happen. It’s definitely something he wants to come back, but do we want it?”

Meghan and Prince Harry met in 2016 before getting married in 2018.
Following an 18-month tenure as working members of the Royal Family together, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex chose to step back from their royal duties in early 2020 and now live in Montecito, California.
Since then, the pair have been publicly vocal about tensions within the Royal Family.
Their candid revelations, shared through televised interviews, a Netflix documentary, and Harry’s tell-all memoir Spare, have made a growing divide between the Sussexes and the royal institution apparent.
When asked whether Meghan Markle shared a similar sentiment about returning to the UK, Eden added: “We certainly haven’t heard many reports that Megan’s very keen to come back to Britain.
“So the whole thing is sort of in limbo, but the suggestions there that he wants to come back to Britain more, and I think we will be seeing more of him one way or another.”
