Meghan launched a lifestyle blog just last week, but fans can also look for a new cookery series and book, with premiere dates still to come, says royal insider.
Meghan Markle recently launched a new lifestyle blog, called American Riviera Orchard, which is big news in itself, but that’s “just one step in her brand,” says a US-based podcast host.
At the end of last year, Meghan appeared at Variety’s Power of Women event, saying, “We have so many exciting things on the slate. I can’t wait until we can announce them, but I’m just really proud of what we’re creating. My husband is loving it too which is really fun.”
Her mini announcement didn’t include a lot of details, acting as a teaser for what was to come, which turns out to be a three-prong plan.
Host Rachel Burchfield shared her excitement about the “mystery venture” during the latest episode of Podcast Royal, saying, “I’m actually super pumped about this, because I’ve always loved The Tig, and now we have another lifestyle brand coming out, from one, Meghan Markle.”
She adds: “Meghan has been working on this for over a year, which I believe, it represents all of the things close to her heart, all the things she’s passionate about.”
“This is just step one of the brand, this is going to eventually dovetail with her ongoing Netflix deal, which of course, she shares with Harry, the brand will eventually have a cookery show on Netflix, a book, a blog, all of it.”

Ms Burchfield talks about the big announcement, saying, “it’s news that I’ve been waiting on for so long, the launch of Meghan’s ‘mystery venture,’ which we now know is a lifestyle brand called American Riviera Orchard.”
According to Burchfield, she had been “hearing buzz that Meghan was going to go the lifestyle route” for a while now, which isn’t all that surprising, because she ran a popular blog, The Tig, “until she shuddered it to get ready to marry Harry back in 2018,” says the royal watcher.
“I knew something was brewing, I mean, I wasn’t the only one, you don’t sign with WME and have Ari Emanuel as an agent, if you’re not up to something big, and this appears to be it.”
